Where can I find cash bids?
To view cash bids, click on "Duffy Grain" in the horizontal menu, then "Cash Bids". Or, simply click here.
I am a registered user but can't access cash bids or other areas of the website. Why?
There is a glitch in the system that requires you to be in a specific user group in order to access these pages. Please contact us or submit feedback and we will correct the issue right away.
Why do I have to sign in every time I visit the site? Why can't it remember my username?
At this time, the website provider does not have a way to store a username and password within the site. If you enable cookies (data messages that web servers pass to your web browser when you visit Internet sites) within your browser, it will remember that you logged in so you shouldn't have to do it in the future unless you log out. However, cookies do have expiration dates, so you still may have to log in from time to time. Instructions for enabling cookies can be found here:
Another option available to you is to have your internet browser remember your username and password for you so you just have to press the login button. When you login normally, you will see a bar across the top of your browser offering to save your login information. Simply select yes.
Where can I find key markets?
For easy access to grain-specific markets, click on "Markets" in the horizontal menu, then "Crop Futures". For access to other markets, click on "Futures Markets". By the way, if you are not familiar with how quotes appear on DTN, keep in mind that a quote that says “3512“ is equivalent to “351-2”.
